Acceleros & Gyros
The heart of the system is an inertial system using 3 accelerometers and 3 gyrometers. We can measure acceleration from almost zero (smallest vibrations) to 16G (biggest impacts).
AHRS
To dynamically orientate the bike, we’ve built an AHRS (Attitude and Heading Reference System). Commonly used in the aerospace industry, this system is able to track the angular position of the bike: Pitch, Yaw and Roll.
Baro, Magnetos & GPS
In addition, we use other sensors to give us more information about the trajectory of the bike: a barometer and magnetometer in the device, and the GPS in the Smartphone.
Battery
Li-ion 14500 battery has one of the best energy densities. Rechargeable using to a waterproof micro USB. It has 100h autonomy.
